WEMBLYN views Health, Safety, and the Environment (HSE) as an integral part of our business objectives, giving them equal weight in the company’s decision-making process. We developed a policy statement to demonstrate our HSE mission as explicitly as possible as a result of our commitment to achieving the highest standards of HSE protection in all of our activities.

POLICY STATEMENT
WEMBLYN Oil & Gas Company Limited (WOGCL) seeks to create value by cultivating long-term relationships with stakeholders. WEMBLYN’s policy is to comply with applicable legislation and, to the greatest extent possible, to conduct all of its activities in such a way that:
Avoid causing harm to any personnel involved in or affected by its operations.
Prevent property damage and asset loss due to accidents.

Reduce the environmental impact of its operations.
Respect your neighbors’ and the environment’s interests.
MOGCL believes that accident and illness prevention, as well as environmental protection, are critical to the efficient operation of its business. The company is committed to high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection; these factors are given equal weight in the decision-making process as other business considerations.

Everyone who works for WEMBLYN is responsible for health, safety, and environmental protection, and the full support of all WEMBLYN employees, joint venture partners, and contractors is critical to the successful implementation of this policy. As far as is reasonably practicable, the company will ensure that all personnel are aware of their delegated HSE responsibilities and are properly trained to carry them out diligently.

Health, safety, and environmental performance will be monitored and reported to the company’s Board of Directors on a regular basis, while also ensuring that the necessary resources are provided to fully support this policy and seek continuous improvement in performance.
